The Radia-31 tying machine makes the tying of sausages of various calibers both in natural and artificial casing. A firm tie is obtained, with a knot and loop to hang the piece. It uses string in coil and allows different thiknesses of string, as well as different compositions. For a hight producction mantaining a handcrafted appearance of the sausage.
